Question: What types of materials are your pins made from?

Answer: All of our lapel pins are made from copper, iron or brass. Then they are top plated with your choice of metal based on your design.

Question: What type of information do I need to provide for you to create a design for me?

Answer: All we need is your logo, text, thoughts or ideas. We have a staff of graphic artists and they will create your design from any information that you can provide.

Question: What type of format does my artwork need to be in?

Answer: We prefer vector art however, we can accept and work with any of the following type of files; .jpeg, .gif, .png, .ppt, .doc, .pdf, .bmp, .tiff, .psd., or .pub.

Question: What items should I look for on my proof, once I receive it?

Answer: Once you receive the proof you should look at the main view and also the sized view to see what your lapel pin will look like at the size you requested. You should also check for accuracy of text, design and colors.

Question: What is the most popular size for a lapel pin?

Answer: The most popular size of lapel pin to order is the .75″ thru the 1.0″ however we recommend that you consult with your salesperson to discuss the best size for your logo or design.

Question: Do you sell or stock the designs that you show on your web page?

Answer: All of the designs that you see on the web page are previous designs that we have created for other clients. We do not stock any lapel pins however we can create any custom design that you want.

Question: Do you offer overnight shipping service?

Answer: We ship all orders UPS International Red Label at no charge direct from our factory in China to you. This is the fastest possible shipping method available and is usually a 2 -3 day service pending customs clearance.

Question: Do you offer a rush service?

Answer: All of our lapel pins are manufactured in the fastest possible time frame of 7-10 days so we do not offer a rush service. However, if you have a time frame constraint you are working under please let your salesperson know and we will do all that we can to meet that time frame.

Question: What is the turnaround time for custom lapel pins?

Answer: Once you have received your proof and pricing, approved the digital proof and paid for your order we will begin production and be ready to ship within 7-10 business days. The order will then be shipped via UPS Red Label shipping free of charge to the continental United States.

Question: What is the minimum number of pins that I can order?

Answer: Our minimum quantity to order is 100.

Question: What options for attachments do you offer for lapel pins?

Answer: We offer a standard 8 mm post with butterfly clutch or rubber clutch attachment at no charge. For an additional fee, we also offer (2) piece clothing magnets, jewelry clutch, deluxe clutch and safety pin attachments. Ask your sales associate for pricing.

Question: Once I approve the proof, how do I place my pins into production?

Answer: Please contact your salesperson and they will send you the secure online order form link with all of the details needed to place the order online. Once your order is submitted this will put your order into production.

Question: Do you guarantee your products?

Answer: Signature Pins backs each and every product we manufacture with our 100% Quality Guarantee. We will replace (at no additional charge to you) any defective custom product. We only require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us within 30 days of receipt. For purposes of this question, the term “defect” or “defective” means a manufacturing error.
